Water: 340g water
Grind: medium
Time: 3:30 min
- Put V60 & mug on scale
- Place filter in V60
- Wet filter & dump water
- Evenly distribute grounds
- Tare scale & start timer
- Wet coffee with 40g water
- At 0:35, slowly pour to 140g
- At 1:10, pour to 240g
- At 2:10, pour to 340g
- Pour & enjoy
