Shipping

We roast all our coffees to order to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after roasting. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location within India. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for coffee orders will only be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

For merchandise (e.g., brewing equipment or mugs), returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
