Espresso is a concentrated cup extracted from finely ground coffee tamped and brewed under pressure. Any coffee can be made as espresso!
Dose: 18g
Yield: 36g
Grind: super-fine
Time: ~30 seconds
- Take filter from machine
- Place filter on scale & tare
- Add 18g to portafilter
- Evenly distribute coffee
- Tamp grounds firmly
- Put portafilter in machine
- Place scale under spout
- Place cup on scale & tare
- Activate the machine
- Stop the shot at 36g
- Stir & enjoy!
