Espresso

Espresso is a concentrated cup extracted from finely ground coffee tamped and brewed under pressure. Any coffee can be made as espresso!

Dose: 18g
Yield: 36g
Grind: super-fine
Time: ~30 seconds

  1. Take filter from machine
  2. Place filter on scale & tare
  3. Add 18g to portafilter
  4. Evenly distribute coffee
  5. Tamp grounds firmly
  6. Put portafilter in machine
  7. Place scale under spout
  8. Place cup on scale & tare
  9. Activate the machine
  10. Stop the shot at 36g
  11. Stir & enjoy!
