Dose: 7–10g coffee per cup
Water: 70–100ml per cup
Grind: Extra fine (powder)
Time: ~3–4 min

  1. Add water and coffee to cezve (don’t stir yet)

  2. Add sugar/spices (optional)

  3.  once until combined

  4. Heat on low—no boiling!

  5. Foam rises—remove before it spills

  6. Repeat foam rise once more (optional)

  7. Pour slowly into small cup

  8. Let grounds settle, then sip slowly
