Vietnamese Phin Filter

Sweet, strong, and creamy. Great over ice or with condensed milk—low-effort, high-impact flavor.

Dose: 20g coffee
Water: 100ml
Grind: Medium-coarse
Time: ~4–5 min

  1. Add condensed milk to glass (optional)

  2. Place phin over cup

  3. Add coffee to chamber

  4. Gently press with filter disc

  5. Pour a splash of hot water, let bloom

  6. After 30 sec, add remaining water

  7. Let it drip slowly

  8. Stir & pour over ice (if desired)
