Sweet, strong, and creamy. Great over ice or with condensed milk—low-effort, high-impact flavor.
Dose: 20g coffee
Water: 100ml
Grind: Medium-coarse
Time: ~4–5 min

Add condensed milk to glass (optional)

Place phin over cup

Add coffee to chamber

Gently press with filter disc

Pour a splash of hot water, let bloom

After 30 sec, add remaining water

Let it drip slowly

Stir & pour over ice (if desired)
